In Part 2 we leave Madras and ride through Prineville, Hampton Station, and Fields on our way to Alvord Hot Springs. We face our fear of deep gravel and make it to the hot springs.

After a night of cooking steaks, cold drinks, soaking, and hanging out with the staff, we turn back toward Madras, only to hit dangerous crosswinds and heavy rain that nearly blow us off the road.
